CMS/Ped-I-Care proactively, prospectively, and retrospectively analyzes the potential for an occurrence of fraud and abuse, and monitors for fraud and abuse using resources such as (but not limited to) claims, utilization management, quality management, grievance/appeals and random chart audits. Our Compliance Program trains providers and their staff members and investigates fraud and abuse.
